Imodium® akut, Imodium® akut lingual

Wirkstoff: Loperamidhydrochlorid. Anwendungsgebiete: Symptomatische Behandlung von akuten Durchfällen für Erwachsene und Jugendliche ab 12 Jahren, sofern keine ursächliche Therapie zur Verfügung steht. Eine über 2 Tage hinausgehende Behandlung nur unter ärztlicher Verordnung und Verlaufsbeobachtung. Warnhinweise: Hartkapsel enthält Lactose; Schmelztablette enthält Aspartam, Pfefferminz-Aroma (Benzylalkohol, Levomenthol, Glukose und Spuren von Sulfiten). Stand: 05/2025

Imodium® akut Duo

Wirkstoffe: Loperamidhydrochlorid und Simeticon. Anwendungsgebiete: Symptomatische Behandlung akuter Durchfälle bei Erwachsenen und Jugendlichen ab 12 Jahren, wenn gleichzeitig auch Bauchkrämpfe, ein aufgeblähter Bauch und Blähungen auftreten. Loperamidhydrochlorid vermindert den Durchfall durch Verlangsamung der gesteigerten Darmaktivität. Zusätzlich erhöht es die Aufnahme von Wasser und Salzen aus dem Darm. Simeticon lässt die Gasblasen, die Krämpfe und Blähungen verursachen, im Darm zerfallen. Warnhinweise: Enthält Benzylalkohol und Maltodextrin (enthält Glucose). Stand: 05/2025
